Medical facilities plan: You have a several ways to make a new reservation in the hospital plan or in the hotel plan, but the easiest one is just to right-click on the date on which you want the new reservation to start in your planner software. You will receive the reservation screen from the pop-up menu with the selected start date and contingent already entered. All you need to do now is to choose how many rooms of every type you are going to keep for how many days and how many patients . The program is smart enough to protect you from mistakes: you would not be able, for instance, to reserve two one-bed rooms for 3 patients. You can search for a reservation, browse the list and change the parameters of every hotel reservation. You can move it in another time period or in other type of rooms.You can research the result and to continue the changes until no red(overreserved rooms) fields are on the screen for this day. Another right click on selected date will lead you to your advanced planning report for your hospital plan or your hotel plan. You can choose the parameters for the report: from which to which date you want information to be displayed and for which contingent of rooms. Even if you want to get data for a relatively long time period, the calculations and the generating process are pretty fast. The report and graph presents clearly your rooms situation for every type of rooms, the number of the patients for this contingent and the number of arrivals and departures for every day. On the second part of the report and graph you can also see all reservations made for this period of time, which influence the results. A clear graph in the third part of the report shows the reserved rooms for every type with different colors and the total number of patients. This snapshot helps to healthcare proffesionals to see the expected situation in the planner software at a glance. The report of your medical facilities planning or your medical office planning can be printed or, optionally, data can be saved in different formats like HTML, text or Microsoft Excel Worksheet.
